7 Simple Steps To Fight Adult Acne

I swear my skin is at war with me and I am NOT the enemy! I went to sleep one day and I woke up the next day and couldn't believe my eyes, I saw a pimple and then another, and another. My worst nightmare had presented, it's ugly little self in the image of a relentless mountain(s) on my forehead. My first call to action was to POP it, so I did...WRONG! My next step was to put toothpaste on it... WRONG (it burnt my skin and left a bulls-eye circle around it- That was cute!) My third call to action was to start a facial routine which included Tea Tree Oil....#winning

HONEEEEEEY, that did the trick, but definitely in conjunction with some other essential items. Here's what I've been doing and please note, I am still in the battle-every morning I wake up with my heart in my throat, hoping that acne did not win in my sleep. I have only been victorious through the use of my facial products that I have purchased at Zuresh. I have referenced this seller (#supportblackbusinesses) in a previous blog titled, "34th Annual Detroit African World Festival" read more about this seller and her AMAZING products! Here goes....

1. Wash your face before you go to bed!!! The beautiful Halle Berry said her secret is that she NEVER goes to sleep without washing her face.

2. Mud mask. I use a Facial Mask in the morning on my acne prone areas before I clean my face.

3. Use a gentle cleanser.

4. Don't forget your Toner.

5. Dab tea tree oil on acne prone spots. Tea tree oil is proven to kill bacteria and infections.

6. Moisturize!

7. Drink LOTS of water.

I know things like this happen, and that it is waaaaay more about what is going in your body as well- and I've made those previsions as well. I also have been on a (slight) fast and I honestly think that this "war" of mine, is in relationship to the toxins in my skin being released-----------ugh! (the frustration) However, this too shall pass. As I am growing I am learning that this is nothing more than an experience that I am supposed to experience, right now.

All lessons, are all good!

So, try out what I've been using and doing, if you are struggling like me. Also tell me what products you are using that have proven to be successful. Disclaimer: I am more prone to using products that are affordable and natural, if you are using items such these- definitely help ya girl out! Comment & Subscribe on the home page!
