I used to be the kind of Queen who thought that I could not be physically fit outside of the gym. So what's a girl to do? Get a gym membership (duh!) but that all ended when I noticed how much money I was dishing out vs how much time I was spending in the gym..that's when things totally changed for me! I came to the realization that it is up to me to be physically fit and to do so by tapping into my (free) resources. First, let me address that I do "workout" in my company rehearsals with Goree Drum Dance 3x a week however, there is still so much work my body needs that dancing (only) just cant touch!
It's frustrating because I feel like you should only pay for a gym membership per workout session, but since I don't own any gyms to make those decisions- I'll do the next best thing, YOUTUBE!
So, I met this girl (on Youtube, lol) a couple of weeks ago and she is the best workout instructor I've every had, not to mention the workout is FREE & the videos are 15 minutes (period). I love that I can get a good work out in before and after work, I'm sweating, I don't have to leave the house nor buy "workout" clothes to be considered a true workout-er and when I'm done I can fall out on the floor and not feel ashamed!
I typically complete 3 workouts a week via YouTube in conjunction with my dance rehearsals, so to sum it up, I'm feeling good and my bank account is doing good too (now). Let me know what your doing to keep yourself physically fit and don't forget to Comment & Subscribe
