Would you try something less conventional & unheard of in the United States....Well, I would and I did! A couple of months ago I called my doctor and gave him some symptoms that I was having while on the IUD (Mirena). He told me to come in immediately to have it removed, naturally, my next question was, "What do I do now?" - I unfortunately, went back on the pill. I say unfortunately because I feel every side effect of the pill; sore breast, bloating, nausea, headaches, etc. Now, when you weigh the pros and cons, I was willing to take these side effects over a baby, because my husband and I have agreed that we were done.......BUT let me say this, the pill SUCKS!!! One day after waking up with sore breasts and nausea, I started researching another type of birth control without synthetic hormones and I came across Neem Oil, so I got to praying- claiming this as my answer.
What is Neem Oil?
Neem oil is a vegetable oil pressed from the fruits and seeds of the neem (Azadirachta indica), an evergreen tree which is endemic to the Indian subcontinent. I wasn't as shocked to learn that this contraceptive has been practiced for centuries in other countries such as India because in the United States they love to keep us in the doctor's office accepting those chemicals. Okay, so while I was researching this product on top of learning about all of the benefits, I learned that it is also a natural spermicide (kills sperm in 30 seconds) and lasts up to 5 hours after sex. The oil should NOT be ingested, however they do have Neem pills (taken by the male) that have the same effect as the topical oil that can be ingested. Neem Oil is 100% effective in preventing pregnancies and I can attest to it. However, if you're still apprehensive, I completely understand, but just know that there are other options without making you go through all of the "changes". After I used the product there was a lot of praying and testing, I won't lie there was 50% doubt- I just didn't know...but I do know this: I AM NOT PREGNANT!

What sucks about this product?
THE SMELL...hands down!!! I purchased the unscented bottle first and died, my rose smelled like Steak and Shake burger and fries. So, please please please, if you try it- get the scented version. I went back and purchased the Lavender/Lemongrass scent and then proceeded to drop me POOM POOM on me husband.
Well, there you go, this is where I am in my life at this moment. I am sure if my mother is reading this she is screaming, "Get your tubes tied!" So,would you try this product?
