Way too often we do not give ourselves enough credit that we can do the job ourselves or that we are enough, well no more of that in 2018. We must be committed to putting ourselves first and being committed to learning how to do the "things" that we are running from or paying others to do for us. I am over depending on others to getting me or even assisting me in getting the job done because the truth of the matter is, they are not as invested in me and my vision, as I am #FACTS. Let me be clear, this is not about taking on the world solely and not needing anyone BUT this is about stepping up to the challenge of knowing exactly what you want and going after it as opposed to first trying to find someone who can to do it better (and paying them to do so) when I am capable of doing it myself #bossmove.

At the start of the New Year I had to re-evaluate my commitment to myself and what I learned is this: If I am the Leader, then I need to lead dammit-I'm putting myself in the game, watch me work!
How Sway?
1. Maintain loyalty to yourself. You do not owe anyone any explanations or considerations if you have not considered yourself 1st. Be loyal to yourself, don't consider putting everyone on until you're good first!
2. Maintain Your Emotions. I have to remind myself more times than not, not to get caught up in how other people feel about my decisions for myself and not to allow others emotions to determine what my next step is. Make your own choices based on your knowledge and your beliefs.
3. Stick To Your Decisions. Don't waver with your choice, make it and stick to it. If things don't turn out the way that you wanted at least you learned something in the process. Remember that there is no such thing as failing, you either learned what to do or what not to do. It's not everyone else's job to maintain your life, so take back the responsibilities that you have dished out and figure out a way to do "it" so that you're not left standing wondering why it wasn't done.
