Apple Cider Vinegar = Weight Loss!?


I am a believer. First of all never would I EVER promote something that I have not tried myself. My experiences and testimonies are purely my own because I have seen it work on me (not on TV and infomercials, LOL!). So, not so long ago I reached out to a woman that I've known for sometime now and just let me add that she looks flawless, she has 3 kids and her tummy is FLAT! no pouch- nada! Anywho, for those of US who have one, I have one too- that's not what this is about. I merely asked her what her "secret" was to keeping a nice figure after having children etc. She said and I quote, "Every morning I drink 16 oz of diluted Apple Cider Vinegar" and I followed up with a, "That's it!?" and she said, "Yeah, I mean I don't consume a lot of sugar or breads (carbs) but I've done this for so long, I know that is what it is". I instantly got on my cell phone and typed in the benefits of drinking Apple Cider Vinegar...here are the top 4 things that popped up!

1. Helps control blood sugar and prevents Diabetes

2. Aids in Weight loss

3. Clears acne and pimples

4. Eases heartburn

After reading all of this information I did what any intelligent person would do, I tried it out. Every morning I poured 4 capsule sized amounts of Apple Cider Vinegar into a 16oz bottle of water. Initially, I did have an upset stomach the first two days, but I also noticed that I was using the restroom much more regularly. The next couple of days following, I noticed that I had a lot of energy, more than ever before. Not to mention, my adult acne- you know the one I talked about in a previous blog, disappeared! With that being said, so far, I am loving the results of how I feel and look but let me also mention that I lost 5lbs. YUP! No lie, no lie, no lie! I got on the scale and I went from 180 to 175, let me add that I drink a lot of water now, I also have cut back on my need for sugar and bread....this is not easy people BUT if I can do it, so can you!
